Back on Track

Back on Track is a charity that works with people who are going through a process of recovery or rehabilitation, having been through problems with alcohol or drugs, offending, homelessness and mental health. Their learning centre in central Manchester offers a range of support and activities including training, one-to-one guidance, and work experience.

The John Lewis Foundation has granted over £9000 to Back on Track.  The funds will be used to improve the skills and employment chances of 100 service users via delivery of 6 training courses over 12 months in catering, hospitality and enterprise, and provide support to people applying for work and volunteering opportunities via a weekly job club session.
